 Rev. H. Curtis Douglas is the Bishop of Dabar Worship Center in Brooklyn, New York and the Overseer of Dabar Ministries. He is a man anointed by God to preach and teach the Word of God. He is committed to announcing the good news of the Gospel to all people and desires to see souls saved and nurtured in the Kingdom of God. Rev. Douglas has a special burden for men and is dedicated to empowering them to rise up and be all that God has called them to be.
Rev. Douglas is an accomplished musician, choir director and worship leader who has assisted numerous churches across the nation in gaining a fuller understanding of praise and worship and how to implement these Biblical principles into their worship experience. As a composer, he has written many songs that are being sung throughout the church world. Rev. Douglas is also a writer and director who has produced many plays and musicals that have ministered to the church and brought the pages of Scripture to life. His most recent publication is "Hope For The Heart", a book inspired by the 9/11 tragedy.
Rev. Douglas has been in God's service for over 30 years. He now ministers to the body of Christ at large--in churches, at conferences, retreats and revivals, bringing clarity and simplicity to the Word of God and sharing his gifts, insight and experience. His present and ultimate goal is to develop balanced people of God to advance the Kingdom of God.
Rev. Douglas and his wife, Yolanda, have four children, Courtney, Johanna, Rebekah and Jonathan. |

 Pastor Sandra A. Manning
Pastor Sandra A. Manning was raised in the church and has continued serving the Lord as youth leader, Sunday school teacher, worship leader and minister of music.
A Product of The Elim International Fellowship, she was ordained to the ministry in 1990.
Although Reverend Manning or "Pastor SAM", as she is affectionately called, holds a degree in apparel design, she has turned all her efforts toward redesigning lives for Jesus Christ. With a dynamic prophetic anointing, as well as counseling and teaching gifts, she has ceaselessly given her life and gifting to the things of God.
Continually seizing the opportunity to be involved with missions and evangelism, she has traveled from New York to as far as South Africa prophesying, preaching, teaching, mentoring and counseling in order to improve and enhance the dignity and quality of human life for all. She has also had opportunity to train and minister to homeless and addicted women in the New York Shelter System.
Currently she serves as Associate Pastor of Dabar Worship Center in Brooklyn, New York where she resides with her husband Elder Alfred Manning.
